Booking for school parties
The IMA Festival of Mathematics and its Applications

Booking is now open for school parties - please go to https://greenwichmathstime-schools.eventbrite.com to register your party.
When you have registered you can reserve places for your party at specific events. To ensure opportunities for all, at this stage we will allocate each party a maximum of two timed events from the list of “Talks and Workshops” you can select from the menu at the top of the page. This will allow time for your students to explore the many other things going on during the Festival.
To request event bookings please send a list of events in order of preference to mathscentre@gre.ac.uk . We will allocate the top two available events.
The University has completed risk assessments regarding the Festival, which can be downloaded below. These were approved on 21 May 2019 by the relevant University staff: their names and signatures have been redacted for data protection reasons in the versions below.
