Using Remote Operation from Mozilla Firefox

Access the printer's CCRX using the printer's Host Name
- https://<host name>
- Select Advanced at the Insecure Connection prompt
- Click Add Exception
- Click Confirm Security Exception
Log into the CCRX
Navigate to Device Information / Remote Operation > Remote Operation
Click Start
1. Allow the pop up if prompted
2. Wait one minute and click Start again

Mozilla Firefox Pop-up management

Navigate to Menu > Options

Click Contents

Click Exceptions...

Type in https://<host name> to Address of website

Click Allow

Click Save Changes

Navigate to Menu > Options
Click Advanced
Click Certificates tab
Click View Certificates
Click Servers
Click Add Exception...
Type in https://<host name>:<enhanced vnc (rfb) over ssl port number> in the Location field
Click Get Certificate

Click Confirm Security Exception
