Embedded Files
- Access the printer's CCRX using the printer's Host Name
- https://<host name>
- Log into the CCRX
- Navigate to Security Settings > Certificates
- Click the Settings button for the Device Certificate which has been assigned to Enhanced VNC (RFB) over SSL
- Click Export
- Save the certificate to a folder
- In Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Navigate to Tools > Internet Operations > Content tab
- Click Certificates
- Follow the steps of the Certificate Import Wizard to import the certificate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities
- Restart Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Access the printer's CCRX using the printer's Host Name
- Log into the CCRX
- Navigate to Device Information / Remote Operation > Remote Operation
- Click Start
- If the pop-up is blocked, set to Always allow

In Internet Explorer
- Navigate to Tools > Internet options > Security tab
- Select Local Intranet
- Click Sites
- Deselect Automatically detect intranet network
- Deselect Include all local (intranet) sites not listed in other zones
- Click OK
- Click OK
- Wait for one minute and click Start again
