A worn millstone, remarkable for the gleaming veins of a silver-like metal that mark its surface, and the many strange runes carved into its surface.

Forged by Ilmarinen in the Age before Ages, the Sampo brought his people wealth and prosperity. When it was stolen by the sorceress Louhi, it brought an end to that northern realm. Since then, it has been found several times, only to be lost to greed and war.

In the modern day, this artifact is so shrouded in myths, legends and folktales that most people just presume it to create whatever "riches" they desire, be it infinite food and salt, gold and gems, or just raw magical power. But its true powers are only known to a handful...
