Hawks Break New Ground at NFL Nationals

Students from the Hawk Speech & Debate team traveled to the National Forensic League nationals tournament in June.  Qualifiers for the meet were Janie Townsend in Dramatic Interp, Javid Aboii in Congressional Debate and Maggie Solice and Andrew Barron in Policy Debate.  Maggie and Andrew set a new standard of excellence for HHS Speech & Debate by breaking at nationals!  The team advanced through four outrounds, ending up 23rd in the nation!  This is an amazing feat and a first for Hendrickson.  Congratulations to all National qualifiers and to Maggie/Andrew for their success!
