Heuristic evaluation

Our heuristic evaluation for the prototype of the Digital storytelling for healthcare CPD 'Developing Empathy for prisoners' asks the evaluators to provide feedback on the design storyboard and the prototype, using 7 heuristics in 3 categories. Each category is on a separate page to give evaluators space to write down some notes ahead of using the scoring table at the end of the document. We would design a more comprehensive heuristic evaluation with several more elements for evaluating the actual CPD course if it was produced. Our heuristic evaluation is based on all three of our theoretical frameworks.
