Has worked for the NHS as a cleaner since she was 42 when she started divorce proceedings. prior to this time she was a housewife.

Currently undertaking a Digital Literacy course.
She is a cleaning supervisor, responsible for a team of cleaners who clean the main wards in the Seacole Wing of the Hospital. This is mainly adults in patients and outpatients
Not very technical but is enrolled on a Digital Literacy course with the library team and attends weekly sessions to support her on the apprenticeship course.
Surfs the Internet and has enrolled on a number of Future Learn and Coursera courses.
Has limited interaction with prisoners in the corridor being taken to their clinical appointments
Is keen to develop herself and learn more now that her children have left home
She is keen to complete the level 3 apprenticeship and hopes to move onto a degree level apprenticeship (level 5)
