Is certified in neonatal care
Currently working in the paediatric department in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
She is the Lead for updating the clinical guidelines and policies for NICU
Has built up her NICU clinical expertise and is now working as a Trainee Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Band 7 and is working towards the Advanced Clinical Practice four pillars to progress to a Band 8a upon completion of the Masters.
Is a proficient skilled NICU nurse, pharmacology expertise, has also worked in other areas of the hospital as part of a shadowing work exchange.
