Personas

There are 8 personas who work in this healthcare setting, 7 of these roles would be using the staff CPD, the eighth (Escorting Officer) has been created because the role is an influence (force) in how the staff might respond to the CPD digital stories of the prisoner patient experiences. Some of these personas may encounter prisoner patients more than others in their daily practice, all will be required to do the CPD training. The Factors and Concerns of the personas may also influence their response to the training.
