This batch was made with mini chocolate chips (which didn't sink) and light sprinkling of Maldon salt.
As with all other recipes, there are various ways to make macaroons. I've now tested a few methods, and all of them make a nice cookie.
I am EXTREMELY happy with this version.
I'm still working on this one but I've refined the recipe as I learn more. I'm getting closer to the final recipe!
Use the apple filling recipe and drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
