Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate fondue is my absolute favorite "fondue". Check out my Dessert Fondue recipes for more information.

This is the classic cheese fondue. I've tried other cheese fondues but I always come back to this one.

Neuchatel Fondue (basic cheese) *****

This can be made in a fondue pot or prepared in a stock pot, poured into a baking dish and placed under a broiler to brown the cheese a bit.
