Classic Potato Salad

I prefer my potato salad with a lot of egg, about a 1:1 ratio. This recipe is pretty close to what I like but another egg or two wouldn't hurt.

Raw onion tends to bother me so I usually skip it completely. If I'm going to add it, I add just enough for flavor.

I like "classic" potato salad (whatever that means), but, when I need a bit of a change I make this one. OK, so really, I make this one more than I make the classic one.
