- Are often viewed as brave because they will speak up even if no one else will

- Take a stand for their beliefs

- Can stand up for people who may be scared to share their opinion or stand up for themselves.

How to Lead People with Confidence Strength

- Affirm with the student current and past accomplishments. This helps set them up for future successes.

- Help the student clarify exactly what they want to achieve. They are often bold and determined, but focusing them toward a goal is important.

- Be prepared to offer support and encouragement. Just because they are confident by nature doesn't mean they won't have moments where they need a boost.
