How to Lead People with Arranger
- Provide Arrangers complex projects. The more projects going on, the better.
-Trust the Arranger to make it work. If they know you do not trust them, they will lose motivation.
- If a project has a slow start, add an Arranger. Their energy to figure out alternative ways to get the project to work may provide the motivation the team needs.
