How to Lead People with Caring Strength

- Reaffirm their Caring strength when you see them use it

- Discuss with them how helping is a part of the student's life. Help them to reflect on how they use it in formal or informal situations.

- Suggest ways they can be proactive in using their Caring strength. Volunteering, mentoring, and tutoring are possible activities these students will enjoy.
