How to Lead Those with Responsibility

- Put them in groups who may not be as committed as them to motivate the other members of the group.

- Do not put them in a time limit. They are more focused on producing quality work than being in a rush to get it done.

- When talking to them about their work, focus on the quality of their work. They will appreciate that you noticed.

- Do not micromanage them. They are independent enough and trustworthy enough that you do not need to check on them that much.

- Encourage them to not take on too much. They need to know their limits.
