People with Focus

- Can take a direction, follow through, and make the corrections necessary to stay on task.

- Prioritize, then act.

- Are driven and will persevere until the goal is reached.

- Can block out distractions and stay "in the zone"

How to Lead Those with Focus

- Set the goal and outcomes and let the people with Focus figure out how to get there.

- Talk about goals with them. They like to talk about goals and work towards them.

- Wait until a person with Focus looks at you before talking to them. They are oftentimes focused on something else until they are done with the other task.

- Help them to realize the feelings of others as the group accomplishes a goal, not just the feeling of accomplishment.
