This is an easy, soft flatbread recipe that’s made without yeast requiring just a minute or two of kneading.
I used this when camping with the Scouts or making twists that were so easy. Normally twist are made with just flour and water but this makes them much nicer.
You’ll love how soft and pliable this flat bread is, making it perfect to use as wraps for Kofte, or even as naan to dunk into your favorite curry. The possibilities are endless!

In a bowl Combine with 2 cups flour and the Kosher salt. Mix in bowl until all combined.

Then wrap in cling film and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Then cut dough into 4 pieces, roll into balls, then roll out on a dusted surface into about 0.3cm thick rounds and prick with a fork allover.
Heat 1/2 tbsp light olive oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.
Place one flatbread in the pan, cook until you see it bubble up, about 90 seconds, then flip and cook the other side, pressing down if it puffs up. There should be a smallish golden brown spots on both sides.
