Flyer: Shoulder Mods

Beginner/Intermediate flow. Base and flyer need to coordinate timing, this can go off stack quickly. Hands are used as a beginner step.

Intermediate. Armless when you're doing it right:) You can lock in those shoulders so they don't move. Make sure you have your needle.

Advanced flow. Flyer must have solid hands free star.

Advanced flow. Base needs excellent leg rotation. Flyer needs to understand whips. Arms are used to direct movement. Skip dismount if shoulder being used is compromised.

Advanced flow. Base needs excellent leg rotation. Shoulders are used to direct weight and for stabilizing side star
