Check out "Fitness Type" on Youtube. I found her workouts easy to modify. I liked that there is no music so I can use my own. I like how normal (meaning not supermodel skinny) her body is and how sweet she seems.
This is a joint-friendly HIIT workout from Every Body Acro. Trying this out for some friends and family but it's open to anyone. I will keep adding exercises as I'm able. It's separated so that you can organize in any order you like and skip exercises that aren't working for you.
Check out these free resources for Eccentrics. The back and shoulder release really worked and was short enough that I didn't overdo it.
