Base: Wrist/Hand Mods

Beginner/Intermediate flow. Hands free for base. Flyer must be comfortable entering and exiting with walkovers. 

Beginner/Intermediate flow. Base and flyer need to coordinate timing, this can go off stack quickly. Hands are used as a beginner step.

Intermediate flow. Hands free for base.

Advanced flow. Base needs excellent leg rotation. Could be hands free for the flyer with calibration.

Advanced flow. Flyer must have solid hands free star.

Advanced flow. Base needs excellent leg rotation. Flyer needs to understand whips. Hands are used and wrists are mostly in a neutral position

Intermediate/advanced flow. Base needs good leg rotation. Flyer needs to alternate hands.
