Roberto: ¡Disculpa, mamá! Estaba jugando fútbol con mis amigos y parece que me embarré los zapatos con barro.

Mamá: ¡Estoy enfadada! Ya te dije antes que tienes que quitarte los zapatos en la alfombra de la puerta.

Roberto: ¡Perdón, mamá! Me quitaré los zapatos y limpiaré el piso ahora.

Abuelo: No deberías usar el móvil mientras comes.

Nieto: Pero me gusta ver videos mientras como.

Abuelo: Pero debes tener cuidado al comer porque puedes comer demás. Sabes... conozco un restaurante que pide a sus clientes que dejen sus móviles en la recepción para que las familias puedan comer sin distracciones.

Nieto: ¡Por favor, abuelo! Dime el nombre de este restaurante porque nunca iré allí.

Dialogue between the grandfather and his grandson. They are in the dining room. The grandfather is sat along with his grandson, who is eating and navigating on his phone at the same time. 

Grandfather: You should not use the mobile while you are eating.

Grandson: But I like to watch videos while I am eating.

Grandfather: But you have to be careful when you are eating because you can eat to much. Actually... I know a restaurant that request their clients to leave the phone on the reception so that families can eat without distractions.

Grandson: Grandpa, please! Tell me the name of this restaurant because I will never go there.

Abuela: ¿Cómo estás mi querida Carla?

Carla: ¡Muy mal!

Abuela: ¿Por qué? ¿Qué pasa?

Carla: Tengo la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi amigo y mi madre quiere que vaya a una reunión familiar al mismo tiempo.

Abuela: ¡Si! tenemos una reunión familiar a las 6 de la tarde.

Carla: El cumpleaños es a las 8 de la noche.

Abuela: Hablaré con tu madre para que puedas ir a la reunión una hora y luego tengas tiempo de ir al cumpleaños de tu amigo.

Carla: ¡Maravilloso! ¡Gracias abuelita!

Abuela: Como ves es algo muy sencillo. No vale la pena enfadarse.

Marwa: Porque mi mamá es mayor y siempre necesita mi ayuda. Suelo preparar la comida para ella y cuidar de ella también. Mi profe de estiramientos es inspiradora. Durante nuestras clases hablamos de nuestros objetivos de vida y de consejos diarios para ser feliz. Con mi coach de vida suelo revisar mis objetivos de vida y como desarrollar mis habilidades.

Marwa: The most important people in my life are my mom, my streching trainer and life coach.

Marwa: Because my mom is older and always needs my help. I am used to preparing her the food and looking after her as well. My streching trainer is inspirational. During our lessons, we talk about our life objectives and daily pieces of advice for being happy. With my life coach, I am used to checking my life objectives and how to develop my capacities.

Marwa: Me encanta visitar España.

Marwa: Debemos obtener el visado Schengen en la embajada de España y luego debemos reservar los billetes de avión y tu padre puede reservar un hotel para nosotros.

Marwa: Creo que es un país bonito.

Marwa: Me gusta a aprender más sobre la cultura española, y también me gustaría conocer más sobre sus tradiciones y costumbres leyendo libros en español y visitando el país.

Marwa: Esta regla dice que cuando tienes que hacer algo debes contar 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... y luego actuar inmediatamente. Esto te ayuda a no pensar demasiado y evitar la procrastinación.

Marwa: Because in the past, I was always feeling lazy to do my chores.

Marwa: Because I always read self-help books. I read a Mel Robbins's book that talks about the five-second rule. 

Zief: What is this rule?

Marwa: This rule says that when you have to do something, you should count 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... and then move immediately. This helps you to not overthink and avoid procrastination.

Marwa: I liked studying history because I love my country, and make me happy to know its history.

Marwa: No me gustan los gatos porque siento que los perros son más amables y leales.

Rafiq: Pero si tienes un perro tienes que pasearlo todos los días, ponerle vacunas, y darle cuidados, baños y peluquería. Es un poco complicado. Además, si viajamos tenemos que dejarlo en un hotel para mascotas, y eso es muy caro aquí en Dubai.
