The First Conditional is used to talk about possibilities, the things that may happen, in the present or the future:
If you study hard, you'll (= will) get good marks.
If you don't study hard, you won't get good marks.
You won't get good marks unless you (= if you don't) study hard.
If it's sunny, we'll play outside.
