Magical Theology, in a sense, is just the art of praying. Through asking the Gods to do certain things, generally at some sort of cost, people are capable of doing things that they normally aren’t capable of doing. Sometimes special conditions must be met and certain words recited. It is the most niche form of magic because of its limited applications.
In some academic circles, the field is expanded to include general study on how the religions of the world impact the attitudes their practitioners have towards magic.
