Nyrellanism is the most widely practiced religion on Unios. The Nyrellan Church believes in the Divines. This group of 21 gods are said to be the children of the deities who made the world, and entrusted humans, elves, and drachkin with its governance after rebelling against their parents. A descendant of the Church’s official language is the universal language of the world, and the de facto language of international business and diplomacy.
As a religion, Nyrellanism puts a great focus on service to others. The Nyrellan afterlife is only temporary, as the religion teaches that the planet only has a finite number of souls that need to be recycled. Whether one is righteous or wicked in life determines if their time between lives is comfortable or not.
