Having the leadership skills and putting them into practice is the main part of teachers’ responsibilities. According to Tajik and Wali (2020) in their research “Principals’ strategies for increasing students’ participation in school leadership in a rural, mountainous region in Pakistan”, stated that there is a significant difference between management and leadership concepts.

Leadership: is about providing vision and directing people toward a common purpose

Management: management concentrate on the implementation of the specific tasks

For instance; an instructor needs to manage how to complete the class curriculum in a specific period, at the same time s/he is responsible to lead the class and encouraging students to take action toward the same objective.

When an instructor gives equal opportunities to all learners to present their strengths and participate in the school’s extracurricular activities based on their interests and strengths, actually the teacher is implementing the total leadership practices. The influential thing in this type of widely engaged leadership is that when the power and influence of students and parents amplify, the influence and power of teachers and principals do not diminish, rather their popularity and impressions also boost.
