iTunes Family Share
Follow the directions here to set up a Family Share Account:
Notes about sharing on iTunes
All family share accounts will use the same payment option. Anyone on the account can use the linked CC to purchase. Gift Cards only apply to the account they are redeemed on.
With family share accounts you must be on an apple device to use a gift card as a purchase option. If you are on a non apple device it will charge the family payment CC.
All iTunes titles should be shareable between the primary account and family members, including titles that import from Movies Anywhere. New purchases/adds on the primary account can flow between family members, however, if that title is MA eligible, it will only port into the MA account attached to the original purchasing account.
Ex1. The primary account purchases Bohemian Rhapsody in 4k on their iTunes account. The title, being eligible for MA, will port into the primary's attached MA account. It will also port into the family member(s) iTunes account. It WILL NOT port into the family member(s) MA accounts.
Ex2. The primary account purchases Bohemian Rhapsody in 4k on their Vudu account. The title, being eligible for MA, will port into the primary's attached MA account and therefore, the iTunes account. It will also port into the family member(s) iTunes account. It WILL NOT port into the family member(s) MA accounts.
4K content will share as 4K.
Large libraries (over 1000) will not display on iPhone, iPads. Some large libraries will not display on an Apple TV, some will. All should display on a desktop, but I know this is not true for a select few.
If you have payment and purchasing controls on your main iTunes account, they transfer to your shared accounts too.
Hidden titles will not port through shared accounts.
All accounts must be in the same country.
Family share will not allow you to buy content which is already in your shared library from an apple device. You can over-ride this on a desktop but it will automatically use registered payment method over any gift card balance.
