Pictured above is the Front Lower A-Arm assembly, which consists of the A-Arm and push-rod mounting point, which are made from structural steel (Yield point @ 250 MPa), and the three corners of the Front Upper A-Arm are SAKAC 8 M with M8 Nuts installed.
In the finite element method of the Front Lower A-Arm, the load used in the analysis has two cases, the first case is in the case of bumping force (vertical load), and the second case is the load if the maximum cornering force and maximum braking force occur simultaneously, according to the table above, and set the mounting point between the A-Arm and the frame, also between the push-rod mounting point and push-rod to be fixed support and let the load acting on the mounting point between the A-Arm and the knuckle.
