The Organizational Development Division (ODD) addresses organizational gaps in the central and field offices by using organizational tools that will foster a culture of performance excellence and dynamism among the DAR personnel and its leaders through a healthy organizational climate even in the light of a changing and transitory work environment.
The ODD veers away from traditional practices and encourages shared and borderless services for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. As it sustains and enhances work processes, it likewise provides technical assistance on OD interventions, employee career services, and provision of organizational and change management services such as leadership development, organizational assessments, process improvements, team building, total quality management, etc., all geared to continuous organizational growth and competence.
As the DAR faces constraints brought about by a short timeline, it is imperative that the organization achieves all work targets on time. Thus the Division shall continuously provide OD services in a transitory environment and will serve as a catalyst for instilling vibrant synergy in the whole DAR bureaucracy through the promotion of positive work attitudes and behavioral dimensions. These are achievable by striving to work positively as a team, doing shared services of skills if needed, and creating a multi-talented and flexible workforce in support of Land Tenure Improvement and Agrarian Justice Delivery through the Divisionās OD services.
