CORE COMPETENCIES

The Department has established a set of Core Competencies aligned with the DAR’s desired outcomes: Delivering Service Excellence,  Exemplifying Integrity, and Personal Effectiveness. These competencies are guiding principles for performing our duties and delivering services to agrarian reform beneficiaries and other stakeholders. They reflect the essential behaviors that all personnel are expected to embody, regardless of their role or level within the organization.

Furthermore, these Core Competencies adhere to the Department’s prevailing rules, regulations, and policies.
