The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) is committed to improving efficiency and responsiveness by preserving, managing, and sharing critical knowledge that supports its core processes—Land Tenure Improvement (LTI), Program Beneficiaries Development (PBD), and Agrarian Justice Delivery (AJD). This guide integrates Knowledge Management (KM) and the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) to help transform lessons, experiences, and best practices into practical, accessible tools that strengthen institutional memory, ensure consistency, and drive continuous improvement. Led by the Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Service through the Communications Development Division, this initiative aims to embed KM into DAR’s way of working and provide a clear, adaptable framework that treats knowledge as a vital asset in delivering quality services to agrarian reform beneficiaries.
