As the demands on DAR Job Sectors continue to evolve, there is an increasing need to reassess and adjust job roles to address emerging challenges effectively. In response, the ARCDS has crafted a Competency-Based Model specifically designed to meet the distinct requirements of each Job Sector. This initiative supports strategic alignment, enhances workforce capability, and completes the Department’s comprehensive Competency Framework. Through this approach, DAR strengthens its human resource systems across critical functions such as recruitment, skills development, career progression, and performance management, ensuring its workforce remains adaptive, forward-thinking, and well-equipped to fulfill its mission.
