The Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Service (ARCDS) is responsible for the development and implementation of learning and development programs aimed at the acquisition of knowledge, the formation of values, and the development of skills and positive attitudes among DAR employees. These programs are designed to enhance awareness, increase participation, and foster stakeholder engagement. By focusing on these key areas, ARCDS ensures that employees are well-equipped to contribute effectively to the organization’s goals while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder involvement.
It shall concentrate its resources on the following: (1) strengthening DAR's adaptive capacities by actively engaging and energizing employees at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement; (2) sustaining and deepening the impact of capacity-development initiatives among DAR personnel through ongoing training and professional development; and (3) enhancing organizational resiliency and readiness among DAR employees to manage and respond to strategic organizational changes effectively.
