The Communications Development Division (CDD) is responsible for identifying, creating, and cascading relevant resources and information in support of Human Resources (HR) learning and development interventions, performance management, and policy-making requirements to improve accountability; improve performance, enhance partnerships with other learning partners for multi-skilling and workforce optimization. It will also focus on the development and cultivation of channels, graphic design tools, and learning platforms using modern software and web-based applications.
The CDD will use all avenues and resources that will facilitate borderless knowledge sharing, create materials to optimize learning trends, and explore social networking sites for the benefit of the DAR organization. Further, the Division will foster a collaborative working environment where people will have a continuous desire to improve themselves, work as teams, and complement each other for the overall effectiveness of the DAR workforce and prepare them for a smooth transition.
