Our mission is to empower employees through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and promoting a high-performing organizational environment, to enable DAR to better serve its stakeholders and contribute to sustainable agrarian reform.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development opportunities/programs provided to 14 job groups and other workforce groups by the end of December 2025 with at least an average of a 8.5 program evaluation rating.
Improve HR systems and facilitate 100% monitoring and compliance with the requirements of the oversight agencies by the end of December 2025.
Prioritize and develop needs-based and digitized 24 information, education and communication materials to support HR policies and programs by the end of December 2025.
