As DAR job demands evolve, the ARCDS has developed a Competency-Based Model tailored to each Job Sector, supporting strategic alignment and enhancing workforce capability within the Department’s Competency Framework. This approach strengthens human resource systems across recruitment, skills development, career progression, and performance management, ensuring an adaptive and well-equipped workforce.
The 22 competencies below were carefully identified by key groups to reflect the priorities of the LTS Competency Model.
