Completed Staff Work (CSW)

The Completed Staff Work (CSW) is a guide from the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) of the Office of the President for preparing reports, requests, and proposals within the bureaucracy. CSW is a management principle where subordinates submit recommendations to superiors for review and approval without further work needed. 

To reinforce CSW in the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), the Agrarian Reform Capacity Development Service (ARCDS) developed this primer to help employees understand the elements, standards, and specifications of effective CSW.
