RULES
The Race: Each player takes a turn rolling the eight dice. The goal for each day is to gather the energy and speed needed for the day. Odd numbers represent speed, and even numbers represent energy. There are combinations that have different values too.
⚀,⚂,⚄ represents 1, 3, 5 of the speed respectively.
⚁,⚃,⚅ represents 2, 4, 6 energy respectively.
⌧⌧ have a value four times more than ⌧.
⌧⌧⌧ have a value nine times more than ⌧.
Furthermore, each turn you can use a group of three identical dice (⌧⌧⌧) for additional resources. You can only pick up one additional resource each turn, and these dice cannot be used for energy or speed in the same turn.
At the end of your turn, you will calculate your points. A calculation formula is provided for each day of the race. Here is the full formula:
Points = Base - Cs * Rs - Ce * Re
Cs and Ce are coefficients of speed and energy. They depend on the terrain of the race. (See table.) Rs and Re are the amounts of speed and energy you did not get. For example, if you got 17/20 S and 9/10 E, you will have Rs = 3 and Re = 1.
The End of the Game:
Solo Playing:
700 points: You have won the Tour de France! You receive the yellow jersey!
600 points: You were a serious contender for the yellow jersey throughout the race!
500 points: It’s average. You finish in the bulk of the peloton.
400 points: You could have done better. You need to train more.
300 points: You knew it was a race, right?
When playing in groups, award these jerseys:
Green jersey: Most points on flat stages.
White jersey with red points: Most points on mountain stages.
Yellow jersey: The winner is the player with the most points.

Pedagogical Guide
“The Tour de France" integrates the real aspects of the Tour de France which takes place every year in France. The players will have judged themselves in accordance with the general classification in the race and will receive the corresponding jerseys. In addition, each day in the race simulates the types of stages that a cyclist can face in the race. By doing this, students gain knowledge of a cyclist's experience in the race and how the race develops.
