NeoEd “Learn”: ''Learn" is the new platform for annual and new hire trainings. In addition to the mandatory trainings, Learn provides several hundred training opportunities, ranging from driver safety to using Microsoft Office products and almost everything in between. Description: How do you help people engage with a change once it's underway? How do you make messaging and reinforcement clear for individuals who join your team mid-change?
