NeoEd “Refresher”: This session reviews the common issues and missteps that have come up during the employment requisition and hiring process in NeoEd, as well as highlight some best practices to make hiring and onboarding new employees as smooth as possible. NeoEd “Perform” for TC Supervisors: A new electronic performance appraisal system has been designed and will be implemented during the 2023-2024 year. NeoEd “Learn”: ''Learn" is the new platform for annual and new hire trainings. In addition to the mandatory trainings, Learn provides several hundred training opportunities, ranging from driver safety to using Microsoft Office products and almost everything in between. We preview the new system and how to search for, enroll in, and complete courses. Presenters Susan Allamon/Associate V.P Finance and Human Resource, and Brandon Bozon/V.P.
