Despite the number of large-scale, catastrophic events we have witnessed in recent history, many geologists are reluctant to accept the reality that certain geologic features were formed rapidly. Why is this? Paleontologist Dr. Kurt Wise thinks this might have something to do with something he calls "Geological Myopia"?
