Go to your Zoom Web Portal at https://zoom.us and log in.
Click on Meetings on the left menu and then on the right, click on the link that says Schedule a Meeting.
From there, you will be able to fill out all the details on the scheduling page for your meeting, including the start time, duration, security options, whether the meeting repeats, etc...
When you're done, click Save.
