Name: Zane Wolfhart
Gender/Age: M/14
Appearance: Zane has dyed black and white hair that is originally blonde, which covers most of his facial features, including his right eye, his ears, and the neck from the back view. This hair, from the front, cascades down past his neck. His eyes, originally a blue color, is changed to be more of a ferocious yellow color that still retains most of his mischievousness. Pale skin is outlined by chiseled features, including his somewhat sharp nose and angular jawline. He has long, delicate fingers, fit for playing the piano (which he, unfortunately, does not). On a normal day, he can be seen wearing colorful red skinny jeans, an unbuttoned robe that reaches his shins, a white shirt, high heeled female boots, and usually has a spellbook tied to his belt. Erak's ring, which previously belonged to Roy Drake, sits on his middle finger on the right hand.
Zane is tall and gangly, which accounts for his movement akwardness.

Personality: Zane is a social butterfly, and is unable to resist talking to someone if they're present. Silence is uncomfortable when there is someone around and his borderline goofy, chipper personality can make someone very uncomfortable. Interestingly, Zane has a highly introverted half of him, where he prefers to be sitting by himself enjoying a good book or studying up. Most of the time he'd feel more confident being alone than with a group of people. Therefore, Zane is ambiverted.
Zane lives in the moment and has trouble thinking through consequences when in a heated situation. When the adventurous moments aren't present, Zane is much better for planning things through. He's laid back and doesn't let other's actions get to him, and rarely reflects on past mistakes and actions.
Backstory (General): Born in a family of intellectuals, Zane lived his first few years of life getting a head start in school. He attended a mundane school with his friends Cooper, August, and Skyler, who were all involved in the same gang as he was. The gang was slightly abusive, so the four of them usually were together to survive.
Eventually, fate wasn't kind. One by one, each of them moved their own separate ways after middle school. Zane moved due to his mother's job opportunity to Skyline Academia to learn the basics of spellcasting (August disappeared; Cooper went to Lone Tree High, then Fantasy High, then transferred to Shadow Coast Academy; Skyler got possessed and attended Luxor Academy before leaving to join the District of Fire). Later on, he moved once more.
Erak's Ring: Originating from five years before this character was recreated, Erak's ring was a source of power for one of my first group of roleplay characters. Erak was a healer that used the ring for positive results. Then it was stolen and passed down Erak's friend's family, from Garrett Eve to Milfred Eve to eventually end up in the hands of Roy Drake. At this point of time, the ring was used to create physical magic weapons, such as a blade, arrows, etc. Roy Drake was a part of the Professors of the Circle, and Zane's father, who was Roy's distant cousin, was also in the group, and when Roy retired from fightng, the ring was passed down to Zane Wolfhart, who changed the ring to do lightning magic.
