Name: Hawk Frostwalker
Age/Sex: M/13
Sexual Orientation: Polysexual
Hogwarts House: Slytherin
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: ISTP
Dungeons and Dragons Class: Rogue/Artificer
Compatible Roleplays: Slice-of-Life, Modern, Fantasy, Dungeons and Dragons
Appearance: The first thing about Hawk is that he is deceptively tall. Most people when they see his tall height and well-muscled body assume he's around 15. Otherwise, Hawk has partially bleached blonde/black hair from being outside. His skin is just the slightest tan, but not too much. Hawk has eyes that are similar to hazel eyes, but their nature is different. They are usually magenta colored, but depending on Hawk's mood, the weather, and luck, they can change to amber.
Hawk's appearance shows that he hasn't really passed puberty though. He has a higher pitched voice than everyone, softer skin, and slender shoulders.
Attire (Winter): In most times in the year, Hawk wears his winter clothes (Autumn to Early Summer), which is a white undershirt (to absorb sweat), a black fruit of the loom shirt, a black jacket with a gold falcon design on the back (this image but without the hood), a silver scarf that is carefully wrapped around his neck (image), a full-on legging/tights underwear (to absorb sweat), khaki pants (with a nylon rope belt), camoflauge steel toed boots, and his signature gold watch.
Attire (Summer): In the rare times when it is necessary, Hawk wears a completely different outfit for the summer. This one is usually a bit more simple, which includes tights, shorts, a sleeveless hoodie, and sandals. The style of them are interchangeable, but for the most part, Hawk prefers bright hoodie colors, indiscreet sandals, and darker colors for the shorts, while he only wears white tights.
Personality: Hawk is not the most chipper person, and likes to keep to himself for the most part. But there is nothing to stop him spontaneously talking to people. In no condition though will he talk to strangers first, the only time he gets to know other's is through schoolwork or dirty work. He is not necessarily smart but is extremely cunning and clever. This cleverness is rarely used in schoolwork, but more in practical real life, solving problems day to day. He has a good way with improvisation. In school, his favorite subjects are physical education and cooking, while his least favorite ones are math and history. Hawk has no problems with breaking taboos, but for the most part prefers to act masculine, not straying away from male stereotypes. He also has a way with mischief and has no problem with breaking laws and boundaries as long as he knows that he won't get caught. To some people, they might say he's evil, but really he's playful. Hawk keeps a journal where he keeps his thoughts, doesn't care too much about technology, and prefers English Breakfast over other teas.
Backstory (Generic):
In elementary school, he skipped two grades because of exceptional performance
Was often sent to the principal's office because of breaking rules
In middle school (when he was supposed to be in 4th grade), Hawk joined Boy Scouts
His grades plummeted into an average, and Hawk learned how to build things such as make his own gun
Started rule breaking and having a love of camping
His parents had abilities too, but they kept it a secret from Hawk. Olivia Erakson, his mother, had the ability to automatically reload with ranged weapons, due to a side effect of an untested medicine she took, at which the ability traveled down her line. Victor Frostwalker had the ability of craft: With his mathematics and a brain mutation that allowed him to think faster and more complicatedly (And which he graduated from Calculus at the age of 15). Both these powers transferred to Hawk
Hawk didn't know about these abilities. He lived a pretty normal elementary and middle school life (other than the fact he skipped 4 grades in math, and the fact he was always in the principal's office). He attended boy scouts, where he learned how to shoot a gun, use a survival knife, and craft things but never suspected that how he was so brilliant at crafting was because of his dad's gift. Since he never knew he had the ability to magically reload a gun, he always did it manually. He made friends, knew how to eat pizza, and didn't do his homework.
It was only that particular day at the supermarket that he discovered his superpowers. He was going around in the survival section, away from his parents, kinda interested in the gun in the glass case (Alright, if you're wondering why there is a gun section in a supermarket, it is Walmart I'm talking about). It was at that moment when a bunch of robbers, who had just robbed the bank next door broke into the store, and they were panicked, starting to shoot people without thinking. Hawk smelled the scent he accustomed to "Gunfire" from across the store so for self-defense smashed the case with the nearest thing, a drill. Well, someone dropped acorns on the floor, so Hawk tried to load the acorns in the gun, but to his disappointment, it didn't work. That was when his power kicked into play, loading the gun automatically with a black flash. The robbers rounded a corner and started shooting. One bullet grazed a nearby security camera, rendering it broken
A nearby person saw Hawk and his superpower kick into play, a tall and thin man with serious looking glasses and a green coat. After a few moments of hesitation, the person shot a shineless beam of magic at a few robbers who were making their way to the back exit, and hands a gold watch to Hawk, saying "You're a magic user, right? Well, use this watch, it'll protect you. Never take it off." The man then fled without a word, except for the word "Eat dust!" and shot another beam at the robbers, which missedFortunately, there was nobody nearby, except the robbers still shooting
Bullets grazed Hawk, but he realized the watch protected him from the bullets, and he returned fire. The robbers all fell, wounded, except for one of them... the one who was shot with the magic beam... who just disappeared into ashes.
The robbers knew they saw something, but everyone thought they were crazy. Hawk's parents fixed everything up, and the robbers, killing 7 people and stealing a fortune of money, were given the death penalty. After meeting the man again at the Walmart, the man confided to Hawk that only people with powers could be seen the beam of magic how it is. To others, it looked like a flashlight hit the robbers and they collapsed. Hawk's secret was kept safe.
His parents then decided he can't attend the same school as before, what if an unknown power triggers? so they went through a series of schools, all with disastrous effects, unlike before.
For example, at one school, Hawk somehow accidentally made a voodoo doll of the principal and almost killed him. Fortunately, Hawk doesn't remember how he did it, and nobody saw anything of it, except for Hawk, who thought something was suspicious and told his parents. Another example is at a different boarding school, where someone tried to sneak attack Hawk in paintball, but Hawk managed to shoot the person sneaking up on him. Because of a glitch in his powers, he accidentally shot the person not 8 times, but 47 times, and even though the paint was supposed to be blue, it was shot purple. Fortunately, a friend of Victor, a magic doctor named Zachariah, wiped the memory of the person hit by the purple paintballs, and somehow Victor once again got Hawk out of trouble. Somehow, Hawk was never suspected of doing witchcraft, but his parents were smart, moving him from one school to the other.
This is the 7th school he's attending in the past 2 years.
Weapon of Choice: Hawk uses a powerful electromagnet staff. It is around the length of one meter and allows Hawk to gain magnetic attraction or magnetic repulsion to metal objects, including (but not limited to) nails, silverware, cell phones, guns, gun bullets, and vehicles.
Gold Watch: Hawk's gold watch appears broken to most eyes, but for Hawk, it tells fate.
Themes: Upper middle is his normal theme (Mobile - First).
