Kagiso is a well-built, slightly below average height man. He has dark skin that is just a shade lighter than chocolate (for some reason a bunch of the art I see of him keeps trying to whitewash him). His spiky hair is due to the high amount of hair product that he applies. He typically prefers well-tailored clothes and typically wears a turtleneck shirt and jeans that were made specifically in his dimensions. He wears heavily customized crocs.
Curiously, within his wardrobe, Kagiso owns a set of funeral garb.

It would be fair to describe Kagiso as an eager puppy of sorts. He is woefully unskilled in the finer points of human interaction, making each minute interaction a potential opportunity for him to bumble around and make things awkward. It is unwise to bring him into any diplomatic situation. However, he does do better in small group settings with friends, as he loses some of his awkward energy.
Kagiso has no respect for authority of any kind. He follows rules if he thinks that he derives some sort of benefit from them or if their courses of action are logical. Despite his awkward outward appearance, Kagiso is incredibly well-read and logical.
While he is not as gung-ho about killing people as his friend Rutger, Kagiso is similarly an assassin. He prefers quick and easy kills by breaking his victim's necks, although if he underestimates his own strength, he will sometimes accidentally tear their entire heads off. As Kagiso was raised in the chaos of the North District, he finds killing and death to be a normal, but unfortunate, part of everyday life. He enjoys the concept of fighting, but halfway through a battle, he'd wish that he hadn't gotten out of bed that day.
He is one of Gideon's followers in his religion, and he is often seen with some sort of sweet drink at Clark's Cafe. He does drugs, and his hobby is tailoring. He is a fan of Passeri Park's music.

Kagiso was born in the North and grew up surrounded by chaos, crime, and violence. His parents were both booklovers and manned the North Library . Kagiso was never much of a book fan; he only enjoyed the library as much as his parents because there were cartoon DVDs.
When the North Library was burned down (read: arson) and closed for rebuilding efforts, the Talia family moved down to the south. This was around when Kagiso was twelve years old. In this new environment, little awkward Kagiso met Rutger, and the former's puppy-like demeanor helped the two of them become good friends.
At around this time, teenage Kagiso knew plenty of martial arts, enough to defend himself from any gang member. But whilst he saw many deaths in his time, including many by Rutger's hands, Kagiso had never killed anyone. That quickly changed one night when Kagiso had to break someone's neck out of self-defense. It was a Dragon who had thought about coming into the South to cause trouble. With that instance, Kagiso realized that he had a knack for killing. Enough so that he might've been able to make a living off of it-- to hell with his shitty Mark-It store clerk job!
For the past few years, Kagiso worked with Rutger in killing people. Kagiso was always careful to send a portion of his earnings to the Scarlet Phoenixes to ensure that he didn't piss them off. One day when he was dropping off his earnings, the Queen, Hector, nonchalantly gave him a hit job. Upon completion of that, Kagiso found himself as a fully fledged Scarlet Phoenix. Honestly, Kagiso thought it would be much more difficult to follow Rutger's footsteps.

Rutger Vos: Kagiso's childhood friend. Rutger is the one person that Kagiso hangs out most with, and they make a good team when fighting. Kagiso has a way of showing affection towards Rutger that most would consider abnormal.
Gideon Gray: Kagiso likes to frequent Clark's Cafe, and he's interacted with Gideon many times because of that. Since Gideon is Rutger's sponsor, this also increased the amount of times that Kagiso interacts with Gideon. His opinion is that Gideon is kind of weird and hard to understand.
Hector Moses: Kagiso's sponsor. Hector's chaos and Kagiso's social ineptitude bounce off well.

Potentiality Description: Kagiso's inherent physical enhancements from being an HP are much higher than a normal HP's. Specifically, he has higher strength, speed, and endurance. These enhanced attributes allow him to develop techniques that the average HP cannot use. Currently, Kagiso is capable of creating shockwaves using his punches, which allows him to attack from a short range and block projectiles.
The name of his Potential stems from the fact that Kagiso was upset that he doesn't have anything fancy like the other gangsters. He wanted to call his Potential Deus ex Machina to scare people, but also wanted something cool like deuces. So he just merged them.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Kagiso's physical attributes allow for him to be a powerhouse in a one-on-one battle at close range. However, without any special effects, Kagiso is a much more straightforward fighter. Additionally, he struggles with attacking at long range-- although he does have good defense.
Equipment: Kagiso fights with his bare hands and feet with martial arts. He does have armor though; he wears shin guards and forearm guards, and his cowboy boots are steel-toed. Additionally, as he still has connections with people in the North, Kagis can access Potential steroids. He sometimes carries a high voltage battery on his hip, which imbues his attacks with fatal levels of electricity, which Kagiso is protected from by his improved endurance.
