The Richard-Wagner-Platz U-Bahn station in Berlin was temporarily renamed in January 2026 by the Berlin Transport Authority (BVG). In honor of the brothers' home NBA game, the Berlin public transport company named the underground station after Franz and Moritz Wagner. "Welcome home, Wagner brothers," the BVG wrote on Instagram. "Can you travel here without getting lost once?" The Wagner brothers were born and raised in the capital.
