The Jupiter Aerobatic Team is the Indonesian Air Force demonstration team using six KT-1B Wongbee and flown by instructors from the Skadik (Skadron Pendidikan / Training Squadron) 102, Adisucipto International Airport, Yogyakarta. 'Jupiter' is the call-sign of the Indonesian Air Force instructors. Their history dates back to 1996 when eight BAE Hawk Mk. 53 were flown from Skadik 103. The team name changed to 'Jupiter Blue' in 2001 after merging with the 'Elang Biru' team that had disbanded in the late 1990s. The 'Jupiter Aerobatic Team' (JAT) was re-formed in 2008, using 4 Korean Aerospace Industries KT-1B Wongbee trainers, increasing to a six ship formation in 2011.
