This week we have a scrimmage at Morro Bay on Monday please plan to arrive at 5:00 we will be jumping in at 5:15. I will be arriving at 5:00pm due to Girls HS practice at AG, so don't panic if you don't see us right away. The plan is to scrimmage until 7:00-7:30. Doubt we will get to 7:30pm before the kids run out of gas:).

NO WEIGHTS ON Monday - Due to Scrimmages.

The rest of the week will be normal with no changes. ---

Kap-7 Update 2 - We will get a 1st draft the of the Kap-7 Schedule early next week. Please plan for games early on Saturday. The 14u Boys and 14u Girls are playing in the Gold divisions of the tournament. Should be a fun weekend of games for the kids. Keep you in the loop on a schedule.

14u Boys and Girls - Group Additional AM Swims Starting on Feb 12th - 6:00 - 7:10am Practice attendance will be expected for our 14u JO Groups. This additional swim will continue ramping up to the big JO quals push ahead:). Kids will get out at 7:10 and can shower then get ready to go to school. Parents start to

Feb Weight Training Begins - Reminder for our 6th - 8th grade athletes. We highly encourage to start the strength and conditioning program. This program will get them the necessary base to be ready to join the hs strength program upon arrival.
