Week 8
Thanks everyone for coming to the games and supporting the girls. Thanks parents for the helping at the concession stand and admission. We did great and made some money to help with tournament fees upcoming:). Thanks.
Swim / Polo Crossover - This week things get tough for the girls. Girls with the new winter polo season and swim crossover we are facing new schedules for us all. This winter swim starts up in mid Jan and we will be in the middle of club polo season. The expectations for our aquatics program is to do all things at a high level. For the club polo girls we want you to attend all swim practices on days polo is off. Essentially this is 4 weeks of full training. 3 days of polo, 3 days of strength, and 3 days of swim. This is alignment with what the boys are doing and teams around the Central Section. It will be tough but not much different the full time polo or full time swim season.
Practice - Polo this week is normal Monday and Wednesday afternoon and Thursday early am. Weights on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Central Cal League Saturday - January 19th.
18u - @ Fresno HS Pool - 9:50am vs Exeter, 11:30 vs Praetorian, 1:10 vs Buccs
16u @ Hoover HS Pool - 10:40 vs Central, 12:20 vs SOVA, 2:00 vs Royal 559 Gold.

Clovis Winter Rumble - Saturday and Sunday Jan 26th-27th.
Next up is the Clovis Winter Rumble next Saturday and Sunday. My recomendation is to secure a hotel for Friday and Saturday. If the game times are good for Saturday we can travel on Saturday early and cancell the Friday Night Hotel. Make sure you get one you can adjust if needed.
Frozen Cup - Diablo Frozen Cup is at Walnut Creek - Below is a list of hotels to choose from. - LINK - I would assume we are going to have to stay on Friday night and Saturday. FYI. - I was able to get a room at the Walnut Creek Embassy Suites for 154.00.
