Week 1

We're back! So excited to get the winter session started! This week we have 4 polo sessions and 3 strength sessions! The plan is to have one group for the winter trainings. This session is important to get us ready for the summer and ultimately JO's. Parents please take a few moments this week and make sure you filled out the sign up form, dates form, and payments:). I will have my side ready asap.

Polo - Monday 3-5:30pm & Wednesday Morning 5:45pm - 7:15am & 3-5:30pm and Thursday 3-5:30pm.

Strength -- Monday 7:00-8:00am, Tuesday 6:20 - 7:15, and Thursday 6:20 - 7:15pm. 1st Period will continue with the Wed and Friday 1st period weights.

Rosters - The 18s/ Varsity group have tough number to deal with 15-18 athletes. This isn't enough for 2 teams way too big for one team. I am going to assign rosters for events and groups to make sure it's manageable. Working on the roster page tonight it will be up in the morning. LINK or See below.

Calendar - I will be using the same internet calendar as the Fall. See below in the coaches information for how to sign up.

Cost: $400.00 --- Payment is done through Paypal System. Can be broken into 3 payments. Dec, Jan, Feb.

Installments Available 3 Payments of 133.33 per month.

Practice Schedule - 4 Water Polo Practices, 3 Strength Sessions per week.

Vacation Dates - Please try to Vacation Week 1 (Dec 21st - Dec 29th) of Break. I Get it it's offseason no worries just do your best. Jan 4-5 the top 12 girls will be at the Futures event in Clovis.
