Week 15

Feb 1-7

The plan this week is to continue with polo on Tuesday and Thursday for the Varsity Group. This will be the last week of polo as we switch into the next phase. More info to come. The JV group will be off this week.


We will practice on Tuesday at 4:45 - 6:15 pm and Thursday at 4:45 - 6:15 pm at Nipomo.

Offseason Plan - To be in the Offseason Plan you have to be in the swim cohort. Can only be in one cohort at a time.

WP Plan

We will continue polo one day a week. The day will be either Tuesday or Thursday Night. The 1st Two weeks are on Tuesday @ 7:30 am.


Morning Workouts

You should also be in a 0 Period or 1st Period aquatics to get your morning workout in!

  • I know things are tough with mornings, but this time working on your stability muscles will help get you ready for full-time training ahead.
